This series of Patriotic titles was written for receptions held at the Library of Congress. A large String group was joined by 3 Woodwinds, Bass and Piano to create exciting entrance, background, or dinner music for these occasions.

Each arrangement has 3 or more settings with different harmonizations throughout. Because the music had to cover lengthy periods of time, numerous repeats, D.S.’s, introductions, and endings may exist in a given chart to allow the group to play for an extended time on one title.

The variety of colors with the strings, woodwinds, and piano keeps the music interesting to play and listen to. All these were arranged by Bob Walters (USAF Ret.) for use by players from the Air Force, Army, or Marine Bands in Washington.
