This beautiful hymn needs a warm and tender setting and that’s what this arrangement is - beautiful music for a Church or School Orchestra or Wind Ensemble. Groups that do not have any string players could give the Violin part to an extra Flute or Oboe player, or have a string patch used on a synthesizer.

The parts work for professional players, but good high school musicians can perform the music well.

Arranged by Bob Walters, former member of the arranging staff (Ret) of the U.S. Air Force Band. This was written for and played by friends and Service Band members of the Immanuel Bible Church Orchestra in Springfield VA.
